Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and experienced ServiceNow Business Analysts / Functional Consultants with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications for ServiceNow implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for ServiceNow implementations, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM).
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and use cases, and ensure alignment with project objectives and stakeholders' expectations.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure that functional specifications are accurately translated into technical designs and solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Conduct workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements, gather feedback, and drive consensus on solutions.
- Assist with the configuration, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions, and provide support during the implementation phase.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback from end-users to validate that solutions meet business requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the project lifecycle, including troubleshooting issues and addressing change requests.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, capabilities, and industry trends, and provide recommendations for their adoption within our organization and for our clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant, with a focus on IT projects and solutions.
- Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements, and translating them into functional specifications for ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and principles, with experience in areas such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, and CMDB.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
