Title: Lead Consultant - Enterprise Apps
Area(s) of responsibility
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1 and L2 support for NetSuite users, including issue triage, troubleshooting, and resolution.
- Manage NetSuite functionality across modules such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inventory, and CRM
- Finance
- Purchase
- Sales
- ARM
- Monitor system performance, user access, and data integrity.
- Handle user provisioning, role management, and permissions.
- Create and maintain saved searches, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for escalated issues (L3).
- Support system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features or customizations.
- Document support activities, resolutions, and system changes.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of NetSuite administration and configuration.
- Experience with issue management, case tracking, and resolution workflows.
- Familiarity with SuiteAnalytics, saved searches, CSV imports, and custom records.
