Job Title: Salesforce CRM Business Analyst
Experience: 5–7 Years
Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders (Sales, Service, Operations, Supply Chain) to understand and document CRM requirements.
- Analyze manufacturing-specific processes such as lead-to-order, order management, forecasting, dealer/distributor management, and after-sales service.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Support Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,
- Configure Salesforce features such as objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, flows, and reports (as needed).
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams (Salesforce Developers, Architects).
- Should have good understanding of Dealer management and Order management related processes.
- Should have good understanding of basic Salesforce Admin knowledge and its capabilities
- Support UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and sign-off.
- Drive data quality, CRM adoption, and process standardization.
- Prepare documentation including BRD, FRD, test scenarios, and training materials.
- Participate in release planning, change management, and post-go-live support.
