Title: Lead Consultant - Enterprise Apps
Area(s) of responsibility
* Work closely with business stakeholders (Sales, Service, Operations, Supply Chain) to understand and document CRM requirements.
* Analyze **manufacturing-specific processes** such as lead-to-order, order management, forecasting, dealer/distributor management, and after-sales service.
* Translate business needs into **functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria**.
* Support Salesforce implementations across **Sales Cloud and Service Cloud**.
* Configure Salesforce features such as objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, flows, and reports (as needed).
* Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams (Salesforce Developers, Architects).
* Support UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and sign-off.
* Drive data quality, CRM adoption, and process standardization.
* Prepare documentation including BRD, FRD, test scenarios, and training materials.
* Perform requirement analysis, fit-gap analysis, and functional design documentation.
* Conduct solution assessment and validation to ensure alignment with business needs.
* Coordinate project activities including planning, tracking, and execution of deliverables.
* Monitor timelines, dependencies, risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
* Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and escalate risks/issues when required.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
* Support release planning, change management, and post-go-live support activities.
* Ensure requirement changes are assessed, documented, and approved by stakeholders.
