Educational Background – Any Graduate.

Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead SAP EWM implementation projects including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Provide AMS support for existing SAP EWM landscapes, ensuring SLA compliance and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP EWM modules including inbound/outbound processes, RF frame-work, warehouse structure, and resource management.
• Integrate SAP EWM with other modules such as SAP ECC/S4HANA, TM, MM, SD, and LE.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot errors, and manage change requests.
• Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and support teams.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and automation opportunities.
Required Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP EWM configuration and support.
• Proven track record in at least 2 full-cycle SAP EWM implementations.
• Deep understanding of warehouse operations and logistics execution.
• Experience with RF solutions, queue management (SMQ1/SMQ2), and IDoc troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with BRF+, BADI, user exits, and enhancement frameworks.
• Exposure to AMS delivery models with SLA tracking and ticket resolution.
• Integration experience with SAP TM, ECC, and S4HANA environments.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• SAP EWM certification.
• Experience in life sciences, manufacturing, or logistics domains.
• Familiarity with automation tools and ABAP enhancements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
