Salesforce Lead 
Experience: 7-9Years

Job Description

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in a hands-on technical/development role.

  • Marketing Cloud Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.

  • Data Cloud Expertise: Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP), data integration, data modeling, and data management practices.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, SQL, and AMPscript.

  • Knowledge of all phases of software development including requirement, analysis, design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support.

  • Experience in source control tool like Git

  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

  • Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in developing and customizing solutions.

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, Salesforce Data Cloud certifications, or other relevant Salesforce certifications.

Job Responsibilities

  • Marketing Cloud Development: Design and implement marketing automation workflows, email campaigns, customer journeys, and other Marketing Cloud functionalities.

  • Data Cloud Solutions: Develop and manage data integrations, data modeling, and data pipelines using Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly known as Salesforce CDP).

  • Customization: Customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud components, including AMPscript, SQL queries, and API integrations to meet business needs.

  • Integration: Integrate Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud with other Salesforce modules and third-party systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.

  • Direct involvement and/or oversight of developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration and testing.

  • Work on new development initiatives, as well as bug fixes and enhancements of the existing SFDC solutions.

  • Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into marketing performance and data trends.

  • Testing and Optimization: Conduct thorough testing of Marketing Cloud campaigns and Data Cloud processes; optimize solutions for performance and scalability.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams, data analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals.

  • Release and Environment Management including sandbox usage planning, metadata and data migration, environment comparisons and version control.

  • Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, process flows, and user guides.

Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud solutions, addressing issues and implementing improvements as needed.
