Title:  Manager-HR Ops

Description: 

Area(s) of responsibility

  •  Implement evolving ESG reporting frameworks and ensure compliance with global ESG standards
  • Develop internal processes and lead sustainability disclosures
  • ESG Target and Goals settings at organizational level with continual performance improvement on YoY basis
  • Recommendation on decarbonization mitigation measures and implement decarbonization strategy to meet Net Zero
  • Lead the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) process from initiation to validation
    Design a comprehensive GHG inventory plan in alignment with international standards. Implement year-on-year improvements in data quality and coverage.
  • Accounting of applicable Scope 3 categories. Develop strategies for reducing Scope 3 emissions.
  • Conduct Double Materiality assessment and its alignment with CSRD & EU taxonomy.
  • Conduct Climate Risk Assessment and its integration with central ERM.
  • Derive strategies to implement recommendations suggested by different ESG rating agencies e.g. EcoVadis, S&P Global, Sustainalytics and others
  • Develop ICP mechanism and interpret applicability of CBAM regulation
