Job Title: MicroStrategy Engineer - AMS L1, L2 Support
Experience: 4+ years
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled MicroStrategy Engineer to join our AMS L1, L2 support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing analysis, design, build, implementation, and support tasks. This role requires expertise in developing MicroStrategy schema objects, reports, and dashboards, as well as providing administration support.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Perform analysis, design, build, implementation, and support tasks.
•    Develop MicroStrategy schema objects, reports, and dashboards.
•    Generate appropriate unit test plans and assure the quality of work.
•    Produce technical design documents.
•    Collaborate with other team members to craft efficient, maintainable, and scalable MicroStrategy architecture, dashboards, and reports.
•    Provide MicroStrategy administration support (e.g., Command Manager, Object Manager).
Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•    Proven experience in MicroStrategy development and administration.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
•    Experience with MicroStrategy tools such as Command Manager and Object Manager.
Preferred Skills:
•    Familiarity with AMS L1, L2 support processes.
•    Knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence concepts.
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
