Senior Network Consultant - Azure
The primary role this Senior Network Consultant position is intended to deep expertise in Azure Networking with 7 to 10 years experience.
On a day-to-day basis, responsibilities would include:
- Investigating and resolving complex technical issues related to the networking components of the IT infrastructure
- Acting as an escalation point and coordinating with vendors and external technical resources to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Serving as the networking subject matter expert for a wide range of internal and customer-facing technology projects, ensuring alignment with organizational standards
- Optimizing existing systems for performance and capacity, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Researching, understanding, and implementing networking security protocols
- Developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures for all networking solutions
- Leading day-to-day networking activities and contributing to long-term operational planning
- Working with technologies such as Cisco Prime, Cisco Identity Services Engine, Cisco Catalyst, Junos Space, OpManager, CheckPoint, and A10/Netscaler load-balancing platforms
