Network Designer
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Deliver a detailed design on all projects where the network team is required, including diagrams of structural cabling, patching, ports, and IPs assignment, L2 and L3 traffics flows.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and oversight on technical design effort with respect to networking
- Provide coaching and mentoring to Networking team
- Establishes and support the enforcement of standards, road maps, frameworks, processes and policies related to networking
- Lead project to evaluate and research new networking technologies and products that align with the strategic roadmap for customer IT
- Provide networking technical leadership and consulting to other teams across the organization
- Ability to collaborate and deliver results cross functionally. Highly proficient in engaging and influencing audiences, building relationships to achieve customer IT goals
- Process improvement of networking support for all tiered support levels
- Design Networking process automation
Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have):
- CCNA / CCNP
