Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Possess 10+ years of hands-on experience as a Network Engineer supporting large-scale enterprise networks.
- Demonstrated expertise in routing, switching, wireless controllers, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI).
- Ability to provide advanced (P1/P2) incident support, including troubleshooting and resolving critical network issues when escalation beyond the existing network team is required.
- Experience in developing network recommendations as per best practices and implementing improvements aligned with customer security standards and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess the current network architecture and drive continuous optimization and modernization initiatives.
Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have):
- CCNA / CCNP
- Cisco Certified Specialist – Data Center ACI Implementation (DCACI – will be an asset)
