Job description

We are looking for a Senior Oracle Sales Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant with strong experience in Oracle CX Sales modules and client-facing implementation projects. The role involves working closely with stakeholders from requirement gathering through design, development, and go-live, while providing technical and functional expertise in Oracle Sales Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as a Senior Oracle Sales Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant on implementation and support projects.

• Engage in client-facing activities including requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, and go-live support.

• Configure and support Oracle CX Sales modules, particularly Customer data management, Leads and Opportunities

• Implement and customize solutions using App Composer.

• Configure and manage workflows, integrations, and reporting within Oracle Sales Cloud.

• Provide technical and functional expertise for Oracle CX Sales Redwood user interface.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient CRM solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ Years of Experience in Oracle Sales Cloud as techno-Functional

• Oracle CX Sales module expertise

• Experience with Leads and Opportunities modules

• Technical knowledge of App Composer, workflows, integrations, and reporting

• Hands-on experience with CX Sales Redwood UI

• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience

• Experience working on end-to-end Oracle CX Sales implementations
