Job Overview
The ERP Procurement Lead will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our company's ERP procurement activities. This includes developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing daily operations, and coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERP systems, procurement processes, and supply chain management. They will also have excellent leadership skills and the ability to make strategic decisions that will benefit the company.
Responsibilities
•    Lead the procurement process, including planning, sourcing, and execution, using JDE - E1.
•    Coordinate with various departments and vendors for procurement activities.
•    Analyze procurement data and make informed decisions to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
•    Manage risks in procurement and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Required Skills
•    JDE - E1: The candidate must have a strong understanding and experience in JDE - E1, which is essential for managing the procurement process.
•    Procurement Planning: The candidate must have a strong background in procurement planning, including forecasting, budgeting, and scheduling.
•    Communication Skills: The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively coordinate with various departments and vendors.
•    A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
Preferred Skills
•    Oracle Cloud: Experience with Oracle Cloud can be beneficial for managing procurement processes and data.
•    Manufacturing: Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management can be advantageous.
•    Procurement Planning: Advanced skills in procurement planning, including strategic sourcing and supplier management, can be beneficial.
•    Project Management: Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring, can be advantageous.
•    SAP: Knowledge of SAP software can be beneficial for managing procurement processes and data.
•    Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers can be advantageous.
