Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle WMS Consultant with 13+ years of expertise in Oracle Warehouse Management Systems and exposure to presales activities. The role involves leading solution design, implementation, and supporting business development through technical solutioning and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle WMS Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle WMS solutions.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable WMS solutions.
  • Configure and customize Oracle WMS modules to meet client needs.
  • Drive system integration with Oracle EBS and related supply chain modules.
  • Troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and ensure solution stability.
  • Provide leadership during testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Solution Design & Architecture

  • Define solution architecture aligned with business processes.
  • Recommend best practices and process improvements in warehouse operations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and Oracle capabilities.

Presales & Client Engagement

  • Support presales activities including RFP/RFI responses.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop solution proposals and effort estimates.
  • Participate in client presentations, demos, and solution walkthroughs.
  • Provide thought leadership during client discussions and workshops.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 13+ years of experience in Oracle WMS.
  • Strong expertise in warehouse management processes (inbound, outbound, inventory, LPN, etc.).
  • Experience in at least 2–3 full lifecycle Oracle WMS implementations.
  • Good understanding of Oracle Supply Chain modules integration.
  • Exposure to presales activities (proposals, demos, estimations).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM (WMS/Inventory).
  • Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and integrations.
  • Experience working in global delivery models.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
