Job Title: Oracle EBS Architect

Location: Pune

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Solution Architecture:

o Design and develop end-to-end architecture for Oracle EBS modules (Financials, SCM, HRMS, etc.).

o Ensure integration with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.

 

Technical Leadership:

o Provide guidance to development teams on best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization.

o Review technical designs and ensure compliance with architectural principles.

 

System Upgrades & Migration:

o Lead Oracle EBS upgrades, patches, and migration projects.

o Plan and execute cloud migration strategies (OCI or hybrid environments).

 

Performance & Security:

o Conduct performance tuning and capacity planning.

o Implement security standards and compliance measures.

 

Stakeholder Collaboration:

o Work closely with business analysts and functional consultants to translate requirements into technical solutions.

 

Documentation & Governance:

o Maintain architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and governance frameworks.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

o Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

 

Experience:

o 10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS implementation and architecture.

o Expertise in multiple EBS modules (Financials, SCM, HRMS).

o Strong experience in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, and OA Framework.

 

Technical Skills:

o Knowledge of Oracle Database, WebLogic, and Linux/Unix environments.

o Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and integration tools.

 

Soft Skills:

o Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

o Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Oracle EBS certification.

• Experience with R12 upgrades and cloud migration.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
