5. Must Have Skills:
Responsibilities
Experience: Overall 10+ years and relevant 8+ years
Description: Business / Technical solutioning and supporting day to day issues
Primary Modules: FIN (AP, AR, GL, CM, FA), SLA, Ebtax
Secondary Modules: AGIS, SCM (OM, PO, INV) business process flows.
Additiona Expectation:
i. Handeled independantly at least 5 - 6 end to end implementation / Upgrades /
Rollout
ii. Experiance of at least 2 Managed Services / Support project as support lead
iii. Work independently on Oracle SR and should be aware of Oracle SR Management
Process
Soft Skills:
i. Excellent in communication (verbal and written), ability to articulate and
present
ii. Worked closely with customer and business users
iii. Worked with US / UK customers
iv. Coordination with cross teams within the project and with customer teams
v. Team player - able to work with team of 5 - 6 members (supporting / guiding
other members),
vi. Consulting skills - business user issue handling, requirement gathering and
its documentation (aware of AIMs process),
vii. Knowledge of delivery and quality controls processes
viii. Well aware about the support processes (WSR, MSR, conduct Business
Meetings, Critical issue handling, etc.)
