5.    Key Responsibilities – 

Key Responsibilities:
Qualified CA/ICWA/MBA Finance with excellent written and verbal communication skills, team player, ready to travel / relocate & available at short notice with total Oracle ERP experience of 10+ yrs.  

Hands on experience of Oracle R11i/12.1.x/R12.2.x ideal with deep functional knowledge of core Oracle EBS Financial modules (AP, AR, GL, CM, AGIS, FA, iReceivables)

Must have handled complex Financial end-to-end implantations on single global instance having multiple LE’s and OU’s across the multiple geographies.. 

Should have worked on complex implementation/upgrade projects with heavily customized and integrated environments and instances

Willingness to operate and progress in areas that are outside of previous experience & has the ability to multi-task and prioritize across concurrent projects may be required.

Oracle certifications is an added advantage

Responsibilities:

Working as part of a team of consultants, the primary role will be the solution design, configuration, and support of Oracle e-Business Suite applications across a wide range of EBS Financials modules and client specific customizations. He should be willing to work on any leads from pre-sales standpoint , put a POV to customers, do solutioning and drive end to end proposals. 

Gather and document business requirements, identify gaps and design the solution with gap fitment

Define and document the requirements for RICE components and ensure proper testing post development

Individually design, enhance/upgrade, test, document solution (functional, configuration, test scripts and user guides) as per project methodology

Ensure on-time project delivery of own areas and business expectations and ensure customer satisfaction and getting the required sign-offs from the customer

Ensure full Knowledge Transfer, user trainings to clients/Support team.

Manage on-time project delivery and business expectations and ensure internal customer satisfaction.

Assist with problem management and change management on projects.
