Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and delivering Oracle AMS projects. This role involves overseeing all aspects of project management, including planning, coordinating, and executing all project activities to ensure timely completion. The Oracle Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee all aspects of Oracle AMS projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
• Lead and motivate project teams to meet project goals and ensure project staff are adequately resourced and trained.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and report on project status to stakeholders.
Required Skills
• Proficient in Oracle Application Management Suite (AMS) and its applications.
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP certification and Oracle certification are preferred.
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or other Oracle applications.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with Oracle Database and SQL.
• Understanding of ITIL processes.
• Experience in managing offshore teams.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Experience in business process re-engineering.
• Understanding of risk management and quality assurance control.
• Proficiency in using project management tools like MS Project or Primavera.
