Title:  Oracle GTM Functional Consultant

Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Oracle GTM Consultant with strong expertise in FTA/Trade Agreements. Responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting Oracle GTM solutions for duty programs, Rules of Origin (ROO), certificate management, and trade compliance. Collaborate with Trade Compliance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and IT teams to ensure qualification accuracy, audit readiness, and duty savings.

Key Responsibilities  

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle GTM Trade Agreements (FTA) functionality, managing trade agreement attributes, partner regions, effective dating, and configuration.
•  Design and execute FTA qualification strategies aligned with business and regulatory needs.  
• Configure and interpret ROO rules such as Tariff Shift, RVC, de minimis, and process rules; perform BOM-based qualification for manufactured and bought-out products.  
• Manage requalification due to BOM, supplier, or regulatory changes.  
  Develop and maintain Trade Item Structures (BOMs), ensuring accurate HS classifications, country of origin data, and RVC inputs.  
• Support supplier declarations and certificates, managing origin statements, Certificates of Origin, and traceability.  
• Integrate Oracle GTM with ERP, logistics, and customs systems; support preferential program application during shipments and audits.  
• Prepare functional design documents, lead testing phases, provide production support, and train users.

Required Skills & Experience  

• 5–10+ years in Oracle GTM (Cloud or On-Prem).  
• Hands-on experience with FTA/Trade Agreements module, ROO, and preferential duty programs.  
• Deep understanding of trade concepts, BOM qualification, and cost/value calculations.  
• Knowledge of global trade compliance, HS classification, and origin determination.

Preferred Skills  

• Experience with GTM Cloud (Fusion) or OTM.  
• Familiarity with customs documentation and multi-country supply chains.  
• Techno-functional skills in interfaces, data loads, and diagnostics.
