Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions for our clients. This role involves understanding client needs, configuring the Oracle HCM system to meet these needs, testing the system, and training users. The Oracle HCM Technical Consultant will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that arise.
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules as per the client's requirements.
- Develop and modify reports using BI Publisher.
- Write complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Collaborate with other team members to integrate Oracle HCM Cloud with other systems using REST APIs, HDL, and other tools.

Required Skills
Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud: The candidate must have a strong understanding and hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
BI Publisher: The candidate should have a solid understanding of BI Publisher, including creating and modifying reports.
Oracle SQL: The candidate must have a strong background in Oracle SQL, including writing complex queries and understanding database structures.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
Preferred Skills
REST APIs: Knowledge of REST APIs and their integration with Oracle HCM Cloud.
HDL: Experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) for data migration tasks.
Oracle Fusion Middleware: Understanding of Oracle Fusion Middleware and its components.
Oracle ADF: Experience with Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF).
Oracle SOA Suite: Knowledge of Oracle SOA Suite for service-oriented architecture solutions.
Oracle EBS: Understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite and its integration with Oracle HCM Cloud.
Oracle Taleo: Experience with Oracle Taleo for talent management solutions.
Oracle Payroll: Understanding of Oracle Payroll and its integration with Oracle HCM Cloud.
Oracle Performance Management: Knowledge of Oracle Performance Management and its application in HR processes.
Oracle Learning Management: Experience with Oracle Learning Management for training and development solutions.
