Detailed Job Description:
- 11-14 years of overall IT experience with significant experience in managing Oracle ERP/Fusion Cloud implementation and transformation programs.
- Strong experience in managing end-to-end Oracle Cloud projects across Finance, SCM, Procurement, HCM, EPM, and related enterprise applications.
- Should have managed multiple full lifecycle Oracle implementation projects including Implementation, Rollouts, Upgrades, Enhancements, and Support engagements.
- Responsible for project planning, execution, monitoring, governance, risk management, and successful delivery of Oracle programs.
- Drive project initiation, requirement discussions, solution reviews, project scheduling, resource planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management activities.
- Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and escalation management.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, solution architects, functional consultants, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.
- Lead project governance meetings, steering committee reviews, status reporting, and executive-level communications.
- Ensure adherence to project methodologies, quality standards, compliance requirements, and organizational governance processes.
- Experience in managing onsite-offshore delivery models and global project teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Track project KPIs, milestones, financials, resource utilization, and overall project health.
