5. Must Have Skills:
Job Description:

•    Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with clients to understand SCM business needs, conduct gap analysis, and design custom solutions 
•    Module Expertise: Work across modules such as Inventory, Order Management (OM), Purchasing, BOM, WIP,
•    Support activities: Lead or support Oracle R12 rollouts, and production support activities 
•    Testing & Validation: Plan and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) 
•    Documentation: Prepare functional documents, SOPs, User self-help documents
•    Client Interaction: Conduct CRP, UAT, and training sessions; manage stakeholder communications and escalations 
•    Technical – Sound knowledge of SQL queries
