Job Title: Oracle Sales Cloud Redwood Migration Technical Consultant

 

Experience: 4+ years of Oracle Sales Cloud & PRM implementation and Redwood migration experience.

 

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Sales Cloud Redwood Migration Technical Consultant to lead and support the migration of Oracle Sales/PRM Cloud applications from Classic UI to Redwood UX. The consultant will be responsible for assessing existing customizations, redesigning user experiences using Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS), implementing Redwood best practices, supporting integrations, conducting impact analysis, and ensuring successful deployment across environments.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Oracle CX Sales Cloud, Redwood UI, Visual Builder Studio (VBS), Groovy scripting, Application Composer, REST APIs, and Oracle Fusion extensibility frameworks.

 

Redwood Migration:

  • Hands on in Oracle Sales Cloud/PRM Classic-to-Redwood migration initiatives.
  • Perform fit-gap assessment of existing customizations and extensions.
  • Support phased rollout and coexistence of Classic and Redwood experiences.
  •  

Technical Development & Customization:

  • Configure and customize Oracle Sales/PRM Cloud using:
    • Application Composer, Page Composer
    • Visual Builder Studio (VBS)
    • Groovy Scripts, Business Rules
    • Object Workflows
  • Redesign and extend Redwood pages using VBS.
  • Configure dynamic layouts, panels, actions, and Redwood page customizations.
  • Develop and consume REST APIs for external integrations.
  • JavaScript, JSON
  • Oracle Partner Relationship Management (PRM) experience.
  • Oracle CPQ integration experience.

 

Integration & Data Management:

  • Work with Oracle Integration Boomi middleware.
  • Validate existing integrations impacted by Redwood migration.
  • Troubleshoot data synchronization and integration issues.
  • Support migration of custom objects, fields, and business logic.

 

Testing & Deployment:

  • Prepare technical test scenarios and migration validation plans.
  • Conduct unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production validation.
  • Support deployment activities across DEV, TEST, UAT, and PROD environments.
  • Coordinate with Oracle Support for SRs related to Redwood functionality.
