Title:  Oracle WMS EBS

Area(s) of responsibility

Experience: 6 – 10 years (with at least 3+ years in Oracle WMS)
Role Purpose:The WMS Functional Consultant will be responsible for configuring and implementing Oracle Warehouse Management System (WMS) functionalities to optimize and support warehouse operations. The role involves understanding business requirements, translating them into system configurations, and ensuring seamless deployment and adoption.
Key Responsibilities:  

Gather and analyze business requirements related to warehouse management processes.  
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and conduct fit-gap analysis to identify system customization needs.  
Configure Oracle WMS modules, including setting up rules, task types, and strategies to align with business processes.  
Develop test scripts, execute testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).  
Create end-user training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure effective system adoption.  
Provide issue resolution and support during System Integration Testing (SIT), UAT, and go-live phases.

Skills and Experience Required:  

Proven hands-on experience with Oracle WMS setups, configurations, and transactions.  
In-depth knowledge of Inventory Management and Shipping Execution modules within Oracle WMS.  
Strong documentation skills to create clear requirement specifications and training materials.  
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Qualifications:  

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Technology, or related field.  
Oracle WMS certification is a plus.
