Job Title: SQL/PLSQL Developer & Shift SPOC

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Write and maintain SQL and PLSQL scripts to support production and enhancements.
2. Debug problems occurring in existing programs and coordinate with developers or support teams for resolution.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to understand data flows and business logic.
4. Monitor production support emails and ensure timely responses.
5. Be the first point of contact for customer queries during your shift.
6. Build trust and confidence with clients through clear communication and follow-ups.
7. Coordinate and follow-up with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
8. Maintain shift logs and handover notes for smooth transitions.

Nice to Have:

1. Understanding of warehouse operations or distribution centre workflows.
2. Exposure to Manhattan WMS or similar warehouse management systems.

Who You Are:

1. You’ve got 7+ years of experience in SQL/PLSQL development.
2. You’re a clear communicator and a natural organiser.
3. You’re comfortable taking ownership and making decisions.
4. You’re open to working in shifts and being the point person for your team
