Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Power BI Lead to oversee the design, development, and implementation of robust BI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Power BI, data modeling, and analytics. They will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of Power BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Oversee the integration of data from multiple data sources into Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Design and implement effective data models and DAX calculations to meet reporting needs.
- Optimize the performance of Power BI solutions and provide maintenance and troubleshooting support.
- Mentor and guide a team of Power BI developers, ensuring the best practices in report building and data visualization.
- Develop and enforce governance frameworks to manage Power BI environments.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI updates, features, and best practices.
