Job Description
Role: Power Platform – AI Automation Engineer (M365 Copilot Focus)
Role Objective
Design, build, and scale enterprise‑grade automations and AI experiences using Microsoft Power Platform and M365 Copilot, with strong breadth across Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
The role supports Microsoft AI‑driven automation initiatives and aligns with the existing contract scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Copilot-based automation solutions using:
- Copilot Studio
- Power Automate
- Power Apps
- Develop end‑to‑end automation workflows, including triggers, connectors, approvals, and exception handling
- Build conversational AI copilots integrated with Microsoft 365 workloads
- Translate business requirements into scalable Power Platform solutions
- Support governance, security, and lifecycle management of Power Platform assets
- Collaborate with platform owners and business stakeholders to refine use cases
- Contribute to demos, walkthroughs, and solution articulation where required
Required Skills & Experience (Summary)
- Strong, well‑rounded expertise across the Power Platform stack
- Hands‑on experience with M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio
- Proven capability to design automation beyond a single niche (no siloed skillsets)
- Experience working in enterprise environments with Microsoft 365 ecosystems
Nice‑to‑Have
- Exposure to AI automation use cases at scale
- Understanding of enterprise search / knowledge discovery solutions
- Prior experience supporting PoCs, demos, or solution deep dives
