Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) Business Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of PLM and ALM systems, with the ability to provide strategic insights, manage implementations, and drive customer success. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for helping clients optimize their PLM and ALM processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert consulting services for PLM and ALM systems to clients in various industries.
• Conduct needs assessments, analyze business processes, and recommend PLM and ALM solutions to meet client objectives.
• Lead PLM and ALM system implementations, including planning, configuration, integration, and deployment.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for PLM and ALM adoption, including change management and user training.
• Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of PLM and ALM projects.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for PLM and ALM, providing guidance and support to clients and internal teams.
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term success.
• Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in PLM and ALM.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a PLM and ALM Business Consultant or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of PLM and ALM systems, methodologies, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of product development, engineering, and software development processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients at all levels.
• Experience managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with specific PLM and ALM software (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, IBM Rational, Microsoft Azure DevOps).
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Experience in industries such as automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, or software development.
