Job Overview

As a Sr. Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the successful delivery of our company's programs. You will be coordinating with multiple teams to ensure all aspects of the program are aligned with the company's objectives. Your leadership skills, ability to manage complex projects, and strong communication skills will be crucial in driving the program towards its goals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning and execution of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Implement Scrum framework to manage projects, including organizing sprints and managing product backlogs.
  • Develop and deploy machine learning models using Azure ML.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.

Required Skills

  • Programme Management: The candidate must have a strong background in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Scrum: The candidate must have a deep understanding of the Scrum framework and be able to implement it effectively to manage projects.
  • Azure ML: The candidate must have experience with Azure Machine Learning, including developing and deploying machine learning models.
  • The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, with a preference for an MBA or other relevant post-graduate qualification.
