Job Summary:
The Technical Architect Infrastructure will oversee infrastructure customer engagements, including IT managed support services, business transformation, and platform modernization. This role requires a thorough understanding of ITIL methodologies, incident and change management, P&L management, consulting, and account mining.
Key Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure Management: Ensure high availability and performance of IT Managed Support Services.
- Customer Engagement: Act as the primary contact for customers, addressing issues promptly.
- Service Improvement: Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and implement improvement plans.
- Project Management: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and manage risks.
- IT Modernization: Lead IT modernization and business transformation initiatives.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and stay updated with industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 15+ years in IT services, with 5+ years in a similar role.
- Certifications: PMP, ITIL, or similar preferred.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
Skills:
- Technical Proficiency: Network management, system administration, cloud computing, scripting, and database management.
- Leadership and Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, lead teams, and foster collaboration.
