Title: Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Bid Management:
Lead and coordinate the entire bid lifecycle from opportunity qualification to submission.
Develop bid plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
Proposal Development:
Prepare and review SAP solution proposals, including technical, commercial, and compliance sections.
Ensure proposals meet client requirements and adhere to company standards.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Work closely with sales, pre-sales, SAP consultants, and delivery teams.
Facilitate internal reviews and approvals before submission.
Risk & Compliance:
Identify risks in bids and propose mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with legal, commercial, and contractual obligations.
Costing & Pricing:
Collaborate with finance and delivery teams to prepare accurate cost models and pricing.
Client Interaction:
Engage with clients during the bid process for clarifications and negotiations.
Experience:
10+ years in bid management or proposal writing, preferably in SAP or IT services.
Strong understanding of SAP solutions (S/4HANA, ECC, Cloud, etc.).
