Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HCM Project Manager (PM) to join our team. The HCM PM will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of our Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and processes. This role involves overseeing all aspects of project management, including planning, coordinating, and executing all HCM-related projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The HCM PM will also work closely with various stakeholders, including HR, IT, and other business units, to ensure that the HCM systems meet the needs of the organization and its employees.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud projects
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure project objectives are achieved on time and within budget
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve project issues promptly

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field is required.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
  • Experience with Workday HCM
  • Understanding of HR processes and data
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and strategize for better solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of HRIS and HRMS
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Experience in change management
