Job Title: PAM Governance Analyst
Location: Pune/Bangalore (Preference goes to Pune) (Pan India relocation is considerable)
Position: 1
Shift timings: 2PM – 11PM IST - Hybrid- 3days WFO & 2 days WFH
Interview: 2 rounds (US Hours till 9PM IST)
GAP: Upto 3 months of GAP

1. Project Overview: This project(s) involves the implementation, governance and compliance of Identity and Access Management application enhancements.
2. Role:
. Develop and execute a comprehensive PAM governance starter aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices
· Define and implement policies, procedures, and standards for managing privileged access across the enterprise
· Provide technical leadership and guidance to PAM team in the implementation and maintenance of PAM solutions
· Identify and assess risks related to privileged access and develop risk mitigation strategies
· Conduct regular risk assessments of PAM processes and controls
· Ensure PAM practices and controls comply with relevant regulations, standards, and framework ( NIST, ISO 27001)
· Develop training programs and materials to educate employees and stakeholders on PAM principles
· Drive continuous improvement initiates to enhance PAM governance processes, controls, and technologies
· Serve as a subject matter expert on PAM governance matters, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams.
· Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of PAM governance efforts
· Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting PAM governance activities, challenges and achievements
3. Experience Level: Level 2 (Minimum 5 years' experience in governance)
4. Qualifications:
College or University degree
5. Must have skills:
· Overall/Relevant Exp – 5+ years
· At least 5 years of professional experience with significant experience working as a BA on complicated projects with multiple cross functional teams
· Proven experience in identity governance, administration in Privileged Access Management (PAM)
· Familiarity with identity management tools and systems.
· Knowledge of data privacy regulations and security best practices.
· Experience using Visio and Microsoft Office Suite
· Experienced enough to handle process improvement and synergies “big picture”
· Comfortable running sql queries and digging into the details of a project. Curiosity is key!
· Experienced in creating metrics and dashboard.
· Experience with identity and access management software such as CyberArk
6. Tasks & responsibilities:
. Analysis of data to identify the gaps and correct them to meet the compliance.
. Remediation of accounts which are not managed
. Metrics creation based on accounts data
. Dashboard creation to show the compliance numbers
