Area(s) of responsibility

Must have skills : ServiceNow Event Management, ITOM, Dynatrace, Monitoring, Azure
• 5+ years of experience in Observability, Monitoring, or Site Reliability Engineering roles.
• Proven, hands-on experience with Dynatrace, including configuration, dashboarding, and advanced problem analysis.
• Strong ServiceNow Event Management skills including event rules, alert management, and incident correlation.
• Experience integrating Dynatrace and other monitoring tools into ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with ITOM, CMDB, and incident management workflows in ServiceNow.
• Proficient in scripting (e.g., JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python) to customize monitoring integrations or alert handling.
• Experience working in cloud and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of application architectures, microservices, APIs, and infrastructure layers.
• Scripting capabilities (Ansible, Shell, Bash, Perl, PowerShell, etc.) to execute monitoring tasks for custom requirements within the capabilities of the suite of monitoring tools.
