Title:  Project Lead-Salesforce CRM Analytics

We are looking for Salesforce CRM Analytics specialist to support our data-driven decision-making process. This role involves developing, managing and optimizing Salesforce CRM Analytics dashboards, reports, and datasets. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Salesforce, Analytics studio tool, SAQL, Recipes, datasets and Dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

·       To create and develop/maintain dynamic and interactive dashboards in Salesforce CRM Analytics to provide business insights.

·       Design and optimize dataflows, Data Recipe’s, and datasets to ensure efficient data processing.

·       Work closely with Salesforce admins and developers to integrate CRM Analytics with other Salesforce objects and external data sources.

·       Monitor and improve the performance of dashboards, ensuring they load efficiently and provide real-time insights.

·       Train business users and stakeholders on best practices for using CRM Analytics and self-service reporting.

·       Ensure data security, role-based access, and compliance with internal policies.

·       Should have a strong knowledge on Security predicates.

  Required skills & Qualifications:

·       3+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics.
