Job Title: OpsRamp Project Manager

Location – Pune/Noida/Mumbai/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai

Job Summary:

The OpsRamp Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects related to the OpsRamp IT operations management platform. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Management:
    • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
    • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
  2. Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
    • Facilitate communication and ensure alignment among all stakeholders.
  3. Resource Management:
    • Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, tools, and budgets.
    • Identify and address resource constraints or conflicts.
  4. Risk and Issue Management:
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Resolve project-related issues promptly to minimize impact on timelines and deliverables.
  5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
    • Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  6. Post-Implementation Review:
    • Conduct project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
    • Document best practices for future projects.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in project management, preferably in IT operations or SaaS platforms.
    • Familiarity with OpsRamp or similar IT operations management tools is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are preferred.
