Job Title: Digital Transformation or AI Strategy Consultant (IPA, AI & Product Strategy)
Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation Consultant to lead and support initiatives across RPA and AI program development, delivery management, strategic planning, and product transformation. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and operational leadership to drive impactful outcomes across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
RPA & AI Program Development
•             Lead the design, development, and deployment of RPA and AI solutions aligned with business goals.
•             Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define use cases.
•             Evaluate and recommend tools and platforms 
Delivery, Project & Program Management
•             Manage end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
•             Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability.
•             Implement Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies to drive iterative development and continuous improvement.
•             Effectively track progress using project management tools & overall op-model expansion.
Market & Strategic Analysis
•             Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and innovation.
•             Identify emerging trends in automation and AI to guide roadmap development.
•             Translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
Project-to-Product Mindset Transformation
•             Lead the shift from project-based delivery to product-centric operating models.
•             Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics in collaboration with business and technical teams.
•             Establish governance and processes for product lifecycle management.
Qualifications:
•             Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
•             5+ years of experience in digital transformation, consulting, or enterprise technology. Overall 10+ years of experience
•             Proven experience in managing or helping with RPA/IPA and AI implementations.
•             Go-getter attitude with a track record of proactively identifying opportunities and driving initiatives forward with minimal oversight.
•             Highly self-motivated and resourceful; thrives in fast-paced environments, with strong critical thinking and analytical skills to break down complex problems, evaluate options, and recommend actionable solutions.
•             Proven ability to stay organized and on top of multiple priorities, ensuring strategic initiatives are executed effectively and efficiently.
•             Comfortable rolling up sleeves to dive deep into data, processes, and stakeholder feedback to uncover root causes and drive resolution. Adept at using data-driven insights to inform decisions and measure impact of strategic initiatives.
•             Experience in strategy development, operational planning, or business transformation within dynamic and matrixed organizations. With experience with developing products and product management frameworks.
•             Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and align stakeholders around strategic goals.
