- 10-15 years of experience
- Good domain exposure on any MES/ Industry 4.0 applications/solution
- Worked on full MES software development lifecycle - design, development, implementation, testing, support
- Participate and drive discussion with customer program team to develop detailed project plan
- Manage the overall project progress & monitor and manage risks
- Status reporting to all the stakeholders
- Good hold over escalation management and effective communication
- Measure project success against budget, original scope, business objectives
- Participate and drive the high-level Business requirements and work with account manager for the closure
- Engages with Senior leadership for program Governance direction and strategy recommendations
- Worked on onsite – offshore model for solution delivery
