Job Overview

The OTM Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) projects. This includes planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The OTM Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the implementation of OTM projects from initiation to completion.
• Lead and manage Scrum teams to ensure that they work effectively and efficiently.
• Use OTM to manage and optimize transportation operations.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure that the project meets their expectations.

Required Skills

• Scrum: The candidate must have a strong understanding and experience in Scrum methodologies. This includes managing Scrum teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and using Scrum tools for project management.
• Oracle Transportation Management (OTM): The candidate must have a deep understanding of OTM, including its functionalities, capabilities, and limitations. They should be able to leverage this knowledge to manage and optimize transportation operations.
• Project Management: The candidate must have proven experience in managing projects from initiation to completion. This includes planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects.
• The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.

• Agents & Workflows: Knowledge of agents and workflows in OTM can be beneficial in managing and optimizing transportation operations.
• Fusion Transportation Intelligence: Understanding of Fusion Transportation Intelligence can help in making data-driven decisions.
• Project Resource Management: Experience in managing project resources can help in ensuring that the project is completed within budget and on time.
• Risk Management: Ability to identify and manage potential risks can help in preventing project delays and cost overruns.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage stakeholders can help in ensuring that the project meets the expectations of all stakeholders.
• Change Management: Experience in managing changes can help in ensuring that the project adapts to changes without affecting the project timeline or budget.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills can help in ensuring that all project team members and stakeholders are on the same page.
