Educational Background – Any Graduate.
Experience- 5 + years.
Location-Pune/Bangalore/Noida/Mumbai/Chennai/Hyderabad.
Job Description:
Implement, configure, and support SAP CS (Customer Service) module.
Handle service notifications, service orders, warranties, and contracts.
Integrate SAP CS with SD, PM, MM, and FI/CO modules.
Provide end-user training and documentation.
Work on enhancements, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
Collaborate with business and technical teams for process improvements.
