Job Title: SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant with 7–10 years of experience to support and optimize transportation processes within SAP TM. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Order integration, transportation planning, execution, freight costing, and integration with other SAP modules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide functional support for SAP TM solutions.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot errors, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Analyze and resolve issues related to transportation planning, freight costing, charge management, and integration.
• Collaborate with users and stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize SAP TM functionalities.
• Perform enhancements and customizations as needed to align with evolving business needs.
• Conduct training and documentation for business users and support teams.
• Ensure integration stability with SAP ECC, SD, MM, LE, and EWM modules.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners for system improvements and compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proficiency in troubleshooting issues related to transportation planning, freight order execution, and freight settlement.
• Good understanding of SAP TM master data (locations, transportation zones, resources, etc.) and transactional data flows.
• Experience with system monitoring tools and error log analysis (e.g., IDoc, SLG1, SM21, ST22, SM13).
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP TM support, including incident, service request, and change request management.
• Knowledge of integration troubleshooting between SAP TM and SAP ECC/S4HANA modules (SD, MM, LE, EWM)
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis and provide long-term solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in SAP TM or related modules.
• Exposure to automation tools and custom developments in ABAP.
• Knowledge of transportation compliance regulations and logistics industry trends.
