About the Job: – The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of SAP TRM relevant experience, including at least 5 years specifically in Finance and Controlling (FICO). You will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and rolling out SAP TRM solutions, while also ensuring effective integration with other financial modules.

Educational Background –
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
Long Description
Key Responsibilities –
•Lead and manage SAP TRM implementation, rollout, and support projects with a strong focus on legacy data uploading and reconciliation.
•Possess a deep understanding of Financial accounting and Controlling (FICO) including GL, AP, FA, Banking, PCA, IO, COPA, etc.
•Participate in at least one end-to-end implementation project and contribute to multiple support initiatives as a FICO consultant.
•Analyze client business processes, gather requirements, and maintain data mapping documentation for interfaces and data conversions.
•Oversee month-end and year-end close activities ensuring compliance and accuracy.
•Drive Quality Assurance (QA), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and lead user training sessions to facilitate smooth transitions.
•Collaborate effectively with other functional modules such as SD, MM, PM, and PS to ensure seamless integration.
•Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve errors efficiently.
•Communicate effectively with both technical consultants and business partners, possessing strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Work closely with ABAP and BW teams to manage both standard and customized requirements, including third-party interfaces and integrations using RFC.
•Demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
•Apply financial knowledge effectively, focusing on requirements specific to regions such as India, the USA, or Europe.
Skills Required:
•Strong expertise in FICO, particularly in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets (FA), and other areas as specified.
•Experience with month-end and year-end processes and financial close.
•Proficient in user training, troubleshooting, and communication with stakeholders across technical and business domains.
•Familiarity with integration processes involving SAP ABAP and BW.
•Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on data mapping and interface management.
•Knowledge of financial regulations and requirements specific to key geographical areas (India, USA, Europe).
Additional Requirements (Preferred) –
•SAP TRM Certification
•Experience with SAP S/4HANA
•Previous work in treasury and risk management domains
