Job Title: SCM Data & Application Analyst
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled ERP / SCM Data & Application Analyst with strong expertise in ERP,EBS and Supply Chain Management systems. The role involves working across the full SDLC, supporting data-intensive applications, performing complex data analysis, validating integrations, and supporting go lives and post production operations while continuously improving solutions.

Key Responsibilities
•    Work extensively with ERP, EBS and Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems, understanding end-to-end data flow, inventory processes, and business transactions.
•    Analyze and manage SCM data, including inventory data, planning data, and upstream/downstream system integrations.
•    Write and optimize complex SQL and PLSQL queries for data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and reporting.
•    Work with Snowflake data warehouse for data storage, transformation, and analytics.
•    Support and integrate with Kinaxis planning tools, ensuring accurate planning and forecasting data flows.
•    Perform data validation, data testing, and integrity checks across systems.
•    Participate in design, development, and testing of code changes across the SDLC.
•    Support multiple go lives and migrations, ensuring smooth deployments and minimal production issues.
•    Provide post go live application support, including issue resolution, bug fixes, and enhancements.
•    Interact directly with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, explain solutions, and manage expectations.
•    Perform data-driven testing and validation using Tosca in complex enterprise environments.
•    Handle data loading, extraction, transformation (ETL) and ensure accurate data migration between one or more systems.
•    Identify opportunities for code optimization and innovative solution improvements across the application lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications
•    Strong hands-on experience with ERP and SCM applications
•    In-depth knowledge of SCM processes, inventory management, and end-to-end data flow
•    Advanced expertise in SQL and PLSQL, including complex query writing
•    Working knowledge of Snowflake data warehousing
•    Experience with Kinaxis planning tools
•    Strong experience in data validation, testing, and reconciliation
•    Experience supporting full SDLC, including design, development, testing, migration, go live, and post production support
•    Solid understanding of data migration, ETL processes, and system integrations
•    Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills

Preferred Qualifications
•    Exposure to large-scale enterprise implementations
•    Experience in supply chain planning or forecasting domains
•    Prior client-facing or production-support experience
