Salesforce QA Lead
- Lead and manage the end-to-end testing process for Salesforce projects, including requirement analysis, test planning, test case creation, execution, and defect management.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test strategies, plans, and scripts for Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Salesforce solutions.
- Utilise automation tools and frameworks to enhance test coverage and efficiency, where applicable.
- Track, report, and manage defects using tools such as Jira, ALM, or similar.
- Prepare and present regular status reports and metrics to project stakeholders and senior management.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to ensure optimal quality and productivity.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices.
