Role: Salesforce Business Analyst
Experience: 4-6+ years

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst (BA) to join our team. The Salesforce BA will be responsible for bridging the gap between the Salesforce technical team and business end-users. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality, and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce systems for our company. This includes gathering and analyzing data, setting up, testing, and administering Salesforce systems, and training users on its operation. 

Responsibilities
•    Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective & efficient application configuration
•    Work closely with stakeholders to identify, document, and communicate business needs and provide IT solutions
•    Perform Salesforce CPQ configuration and customization
•    Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective use of Salesforce

Required Skills
•    Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•    A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

Preferred Skills
•    Knowledge of SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management)
•    Experience with Salesforce Lightning
•    Understanding of Agile methodologies
•    Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud
•    Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
•    Experience with data migration tools
•    Understanding of business process re-engineering
•    Knowledge of Salesforce Pardot
•    Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
•    Experience with project management tools like JIRA.
