Salesforce CRM Analytics Consultant
Experience: 4–6 Years
Location : Pune, 5 Days working from Office
Role: Drive analytics initiatives across manufacturing, sales, service, supply chain, and dealer ecosystems with focus on actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions
• Work with business teams to identify and deliver data-driven insights
• Analyze data from DMS, CRM (Salesforce), ERP, and manufacturing systems
• Support predictive analytics (forecasting, trends, anomaly detection)
• Ensure data quality and reporting accuracy
Skills Required
• Experience: 4–6 years in Analytics / BI
• Tools: Salesforce Analytics
• Strong SQL, basic Python/R (preferred)
• Knowledge of data modeling & ETL concepts
• Exposure to CRM, ERP, DMS datasets
Domain Understanding
• Manufacturing / Automotive / Industrial processes
• Sales, service, inventory, or dealer analytics
Education
• Bachelor’s in Engineering / Data / Statistics (certifications preferred)
Success Metrics
• Adoption of dashboards
• Delivery of impactful insights
• Contribution to business outcomes.
