5. Key Responsibilities –
5. Must Have Skills:
• 3 – 8 years of work experience in managing scrum team (3+ relevant experience)
• Preference given for any experience in supporting finance or billing projects in banking domain
4.Must Have Skills:
• Experience with Agile Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool ADO

of Scaled Agile environments.
• Software Development – basic understanding of the fundamentals of software development and the software
development lifecycle.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting a team as a Scrum Master and working in a software development
environment.
• Experience working in an iterative Development environment, utilizing Scrum practices.
• Experience with Scrum, Lean and/or XP inspired practices required
• One or more of the following relevant Agile certifications is required: CSM, A-CSM, CSPO, CSP, CSC, CST,
Scrum.org, DSDM, ICAgile, PMI-ACP
