Area(s) of responsibility

  • Technical tasks will vary from traditional Servicenow System Admin work to specific tasks associated with the cloning/migration process, e.g. assisting with defining and executing queries related to data migration with the goal of building up a “pre-clone” environment suitable for migration to the US-based landscape.

    More traditional responsibilities could include:
    ●    Manage the day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform, including user accounts, roles, groups, and permissions.
    ●    Monitor system performance and ensure platform uptime and reliability.
    ●    Perform platform upgrades, patching, and regular maintenance tasks.
    ●    Support configuration in the core modules (Incidents, Changes, RITM, Tasks, Service Catalogs).
    ●    Develop workflows, business rules, UI actions, client scripts, and integrations with external systems.
    ●    Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, providing timely support to users and stakeholders.
    ●    Plan and execute system copies from production environments to non production.
