Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Functional Consultant with a strong understanding of ServiceNow modules including Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Service Management (ITSM), Integrations, and IT Asset Management (ITAM). The ideal candidate will play a key role in understanding business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Design and configure solutions primarily in CSM, ITSM, and ITAM modules.
- Create functional specifications, process documents, and test cases.
- Support end-to-end ServiceNow integrations with third-party tools and systems.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and deployment.
- Lead functional testing, UAT, and provide go-live support and training.
- Ensure best practices are followed for ServiceNow configuration and usage.
- Participate in platform upgrades, testing, and documentation.
