We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow, with expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), integrations, and Service Portal/Employee Centre development. Key Responsibilities:
ServiceNow Development: Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, adhering to best practices and organizational standards.
ITSM Implementation: Expertise in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management, etc.) to enhance and customize the ServiceNow environment.
CSM Implementation: Implement and support Customer Service Management (CSM) workflows, providing seamless experiences for both customers and service agents.
Integrations: Develop, configure, and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and other integration technologies.
Service Portal/Employee Centre Development: Design and develop Service Portal or Employee Centre solutions with a focus on user experience (UX), custom widgets, and user interface (UI) components.
Customization & Automation: Develop and maintain custom applications, workflows, and automations to optimize business processes and increase operational efficiency.
Troubleshooting & Support: Troubleshoot complex issues and provide day-to-day technical support to end-users.
Documentation & Training: Create technical documentation for developed solutions and provide training to end-users and support teams as needed.
